Bakergroup is a nationally recognized foodservice consulting and design firm with studios in seven states. As demand continues to grow across our core markets, we are expanding our project delivery team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our principals and senior consultants in the planning and design of commercial foodservice facilities.

The Role

\n

The Project Manager plays a critical role in Bakergroup’s project execution, supporting consulting principals by managing the technical and documentation aspects of our foodservice projects.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Producing foodservice design drawings and documentation using Revit
\n
• Preparing specifications and equipment schedules
\n
• Supporting design coordination using Bluebeam and AutoQuotes
\n
• Managing project documentation and communication using the Microsoft Office Suite
\n
• Coordinating project deliverables to support principals and client timelines
\n
• Participating in internal coordination meetings and select client-facing discussions
\n
• Managing multiple concurrent design projects with varying schedules and scopes
\n

Who You Are

\n

\n
• Experienced in foodservice design project support, ideally within a consulting firm or foodservice equipment dealer environment
\n
• Familiar with the demands and workflows of projects in higher education, healthcare, corporate, private club, or resort settings
\n
• Technically proficient in Revit (Required)
\n
• Bluebeam and AutoCAD experience is preferred but not required
\n
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative
\n
• Able to travel periodically to support project needs
\n

Travel Expectations

\n

Travel typically averages one trip per month, generally short in duration (two nights or fewer), for site visits, project coordination, or firm-related activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (DOE)
