Also development of production support software and systems. Participation in every phase of a project: requirements review, software design and coding, unit testing, system integration and sustaining engineering.Job Qualifications:5+ years of experience with C, C# and/or C++ programmingExperience developing in Visual Studio is highly desiredExperience programming in an SQL Server environment is highly desiredExperience testing equipment in thermal chambers highly desiredUnderstanding of embedded, multi-threaded software design and implementation is very helpful. (e.g. embedded Linux, RTEMs, etc.)Ability to understand both the hardware and software components of the embedded systems under testExcellent knowledge of hardware subsystems and common peripheral buses I2C, SPI, USBExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to setup various tool chains, build and debugging environments and use of debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. is very helpfulExperience with infrared and/or visible imaging technologies, image acquisition and processing is desired but not requiredExperience testing high volume products is helpful.Experience using AI to write or test software in a commercial product is requiredEducationBS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant work experience.Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.Salary Range: $90,800.00-$121,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
