Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

To provide enterprise-level leadership and strategic support for the Talent Acquisition function, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will manage Talent Acquisition Team Leads, drive talent initiatives, and enhance recruiting operations in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to Talent Acquisition Team Leads Establish and monitor recruiting scorecards, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement Partner with operational and business leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in complex environments 3+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams or related functions Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition best practices Experience using applicant tracking systems and workforce analytics tools
