Job Description
The 401(k) Compliance Consultant performs annual nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 reporting for our client's defined contribution plan.
Core Job Duties
- Calculate benefits.
- Research corrective action when errors occur.
- Perform ADP/ACP Test, top-heavy, 410(b) Coverage, and 404(a) testing.
- Prepare Form 5500SF & 8955SSA.
- Draft Plan Amendments
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree or 3yrs experience in retirement industry.
- QKA designation preferred.
