• Evaluate results for precision, rectify discrepancies, and uphold regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as necessitated.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members, and support the maintenance of lab quality benchmarks.
• Ensure a tidy, safe work space while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
