Travel Physical Therapist – Danvers, Massachusetts Job Details Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Develop and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Plan, evaluate, and modify care to achieve physical therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPT completion. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements as determined by client facility.
