• Pay Package: $73.70/hour

What You'll Do

• Oversee surgical schedules, room turnover, and patient flow to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance reviews, and mentorship for OR nurses and surgical techs
• Enforce hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate resource management, including surgical instruments and equipment procurement
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Assist with direct patient care, including helping with C-sections and patient recovery in PACU
• Support pain management and specialty clinics as needed

What You Need

• Valid KS or Multistate RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (must be current at time of application)
• 3-5 years of OR experience, with prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Ability to assist with C-sections and recovery from anesthesia
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting preferred
• Central sterile experience is a plus
