ABOUT AZ KEYSTONE MASONRY

AZ Keystone Masonry LLC is a Tucson-based masonry construction contractor serving commercial, municipal, and residential projects across southern Arizona. We're a tight-knit operations team that takes quality seriously — from the foundation up. As we grow, we're adding a Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver who brings the same commitment to the job that we do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck safely and efficiently on job sites throughout southern Arizona

• Assist with the loading process — operating a front-end loader to load sand and aggregate, filling the water tank, and loading cement into the bin

• Mix and deliver concrete on-site to exact customer and project specifications, including adjusting slump and water content as needed

• Assemble chutes and operate discharge levers to place concrete per customer direction

• Perform daily cleaning and greasing of the auger and all exterior mixer components to prevent concrete buildup

• Conduct pre- and post-trip DOT inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly

• Keep accurate delivery tickets and logs; communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and site contacts

• Maintain a clean truck and work area and represent AZ Keystone professionally at every stop

• Attend mandatory safety meetings as scheduled

WHAT YOU BRING

• Valid CDL Class A license (required)

• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (required)

• Air brake endorsement (required)

• 1–2+ years of experience operating a volumetric mixer truck (required

• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years

• Strong safety-first mindset and familiarity with DOT regulations

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with field crews and dispatch

• Comfortable working in extreme outdoor conditions, including Tucson summer heat (100&degree;F+), dust, and uneven terrain

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Desired Knowledge (not requirement)

• Solid knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, volumetric mixing technology, and on-site slump adjustment

• Basic math skills for accurate material measurement and mix calculations
