Plant Healthcare Technician Job Summary :

The Plant Healthcare Technician (PHCT) position is not for your typical arborist. 

Our arborists are part of an elite team of professionals who are devoted to Redefining the Boundaries of Excellence in Tree Services and Plant Health Care. As a member of our field team, it is your duty to help accomplish the team’s mission by providing the best quality service to our customers. Your team will be counting on you to hit or beat every job’s set time and expense targets without sacrificing the quality or safety of the work. Furthermore, all arboricultural work must be completed to industry standards and to work order specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Working with customers to determine their goals for their trees and shrubs.

Diagnosing and treating diseased trees and shrubs.

Working with our Arborist staff to create treatment plans for our customers’ estates.

Optimal Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years PHC/IPM experience.

PA Applicator License.

Drivers license & transportation.

Coachable, Good attitude, Work ethic.
