Restoration Technician

Summary of Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must pass a criminal background check. Required to be drug‑free. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Capable of frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Ability to sustain periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling. Proficient in using mobile devices for data collection and time tracking. Register on the Traba App ( then send full name, email address, and phone number used for that registration; notify the team when available on the App to work. Dress Code & Professionalism Attire must be all black (jeans or work pants; no shorts) with long‑sleeve shirts and boots (no tennis shoes). No visible piercings; tattoos must be covered or presentable. Personal hygiene is essential when entering clients' homes. Gloves, masks, and vests will be provided for work involving water, septic, sewer, and mold removal. Non‑compliance with attire or hygiene standards results in being sent home. Cannot have strong odors (e.g., smoke or unpleasant bodily odors). Must be able to stay longer if a shift runs over.
