Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role involves ensuring timely and accurate accounting and daily reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include: Providing daily reporting and accounting support Managing General Ledger tasks, including bank reconciliations, account analysis, and reconciliations on a quarterly and annual basis Preparing journal entries as needed Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy Reviewing consultant invoices for contract compliance Handling accounts payable entries Supporting accounts receivable and billing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
