Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience reading telemetry strips Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, dependent on experience. Must have a strong background in MST

Unit/Facility Details: General Medicine - DM, GI, Resp, Renal, Wounds/Dressing Changes, chest tubes, trachs, lab draws required

Special Requests: Holiday Requirements: 75% of holidays

Shift & Scheduling: 1830 start Weekend Rotation: EOW

Floating Requirements: Yes, to other MedSurg units

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
