Urology Physician Opportunity – Pueblo, Colorado

UCHealth Parkview Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our established, high-volume Urology team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive general urology services using advanced robotic technology within a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive urological care to adult patients in outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient and surgical settings.
• Perform diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including two DaVinci XI robotic systems, with upcoming expansion plans such as Aquablation technology in 2026.
• Collaborate with a team of four experienced Urologists and local community partners to deliver top-quality patient care.
• Participate in hospital call rotations, handling inpatient consults and emergencies efficiently.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately within the Epic EMR system.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and uphold UCHealth's standards of excellence.
• Engage in professional development and quality initiatives to shape and enhance urology services.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology.
• Current DEA registration.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to support visa candidates is available.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $550,000 to $610,000, commensurate with experience.
