Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Meet production goals and maintain efficiency standards
Keep work area clean and organized (5S)
Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (not required)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
Standing, bending, and using hands for repetitive tasks throughout shift
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime as required
