What You Will Do

• Sales Client Service: Educate individuals, families, and businesses on supplemental health and life coverage options while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Leadership Team Building: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent as you progress toward leadership.

• Field Coaching Operations: Assist with agent training, monitor team performance goals, and contribute to day-to-day agency operations.

• Professional Development: Attend daily strategy meetings, ongoing product training, and executive leadership workshops.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to advance into leadership.

• Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn a proven sales process.

• Previous background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, military, or management is a plus (not required).

• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Compensation : Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses | Target first-year earnings $54,000 - $91,000+, depending on performance.
