Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, as assigned. Monitor access points and community activity to help deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual behavior within the location. Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with residents and staff, and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
