About the Role:
Join LEV MONITORING SOLUTIONS INC as a Patient Care Liaison in the vibrant Tampa area! In this pivotal role, you will connect patients with essential healthcare services, ensuring a seamless experience while representing a company dedicated to innovative monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on monitoring services and equipment usage for optimal health outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient care processes and service delivery.
• Conduct outreach initiatives to engage and inform potential patients about services offered.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in patient care or healthcare liaison roles 3-5 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in patient welfare.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Northern Indiana and surrounding areas.
• Relevant certifications in healthcare or patient advocacy are a plus.
• Cardiology experience preferred
