Packaging Associate | Full-Time | Scottsdale, AZ

Artisan Colour, a premier commercial printing and marketing fulfillment company in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a Packaging Associate to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll build custom packaging, help assemble kits, and prepare finished work for shipment. You'll also be responsible for quality assurance, checking each order against its job specifications and flagging any issues before it leaves the facility.

What You'll Do:

• Custom Packaging: Measure finished work and build custom boxes and protective packaging for printed materials, signage, acrylic work, and orders that require special handling.
• Material Handling: Move, organize, and handle finished work, packaging materials, and customer orders with care.
• Kitting & Assembly: Follow kitting guidelines and detailed instructions to accurately assemble multi-component kits.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that every order is accurate and matches the specifications of the job ticket.
• Packaging & Shipment Preparation: Package completed jobs carefully and securely so they are organized, protected, and ready to ship.
• Fulfillment Support: Support the warehouse team as needed with picking and packing orders.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep packaging supplies, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in packaging, shipping, warehousing, print production, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Core Skills: Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency, fundamental math skills, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure/ruler.
• Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail and a strong pride in producing high-quality work.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable working with your hands, remaining active on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift, and lifting 50+ pounds.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• Occasional overtime as needed
