Join our team as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate (working up to 19 hours per week) for the holiday season! As the welcoming face of our retail boutique in Tysons Corner Center, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations, and provide an inviting experience for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers. Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences. Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee. Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee. Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software. Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety‑first mindset. Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
