Position Overview Store 2709999: 1600 E 87th Street, Odessa, Texas 79765. Full-time Customer Service Representative position. Shift availability: weekdays and weekends required. Work inside and outside the store in various areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications Sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, communicate friendly conversation, perform at a quick pace while having fun. Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals. Think quickly and offer suggestions and solve problems. Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift. Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour. Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination required; may need to climb ladder to store and retrieve materials or signs.
