Recruitment Coordinator

Derflan is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-impact consulting engagement within a global cloud technology organization focused on early career talent and intern development programs. This is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA . Candidates must be local or open to working onsite five days per week. This role partners closely with Program Managers to support intern engagement, onboarding, professional development, and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating multiple programs while working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Role Description Client Confidential (Global Cloud Technology Organization) Location Seattle, WA (Onsite 5 days/week) Annual Base Salary $47,000 + Full Benefits Key Responsibilities Partner with Program Managers to support intern engagement, onboarding, development, and offboarding programs. Help design, coordinate, and scale initiatives that strengthen company culture, leadership development, learning experiences, and team effectiveness. Support Rhythm of Business (ROB) mechanisms including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), 2x2 reports, lessons learned documentation, and operational reporting. Manage shared email inboxes and respond to internal customer inquiries. Coordinate virtual office hours, workshops, training sessions, and intern events. Support communications distributed to interns, managers, and internal stakeholders. Track program performance metrics and provide reporting on key deliverables and operational objectives. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives supporting the Early Career Programs team. Maintain organized documentation, calendars, project plans, and stakeholder communications. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program coordination, administration, HR, logistics, or a related field. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to collaborate across global time zones, including regular workdays beginning at approximately 7:00 AM local time . Preferred Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, and data analysis. Experience supporting recruiting, HR, university recruiting, internship programs, or employee engagement initiatives. Experience using Asana or similar project management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to remain flexible while managing changing priorities and deadlines. Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong follow-through.
