Responsibilities Lead by example, fostering a positive impact on children and employees, and creating an inclusive environment. Ensure the center environment adheres to health and safety SOPs, maintaining compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to drive learning. Drive consistent business results: family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee payroll. Engage prospective families through in‑person and virtual tours and organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Qualifications 2+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or 1+ year (required). State‑specific Administrative or Director credential, and compliance with any other state‑specific guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (highly preferred).
