Project Scheduler

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our Air Force team at Tyndall AFB .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)

• Evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP).

• Developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW).

• Identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

• 2+ years direct/related experience.

• Experience building schedules or analyzing data related to projects or processes.

• Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tool such as MS Project/MSP, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan Professional, DCMA 14 Point assessment, or other similar tools.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Secret Clearance.

• Willingness to submit to a Polygraph if required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
