Total Care ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to join our dynamic in-center team in Tifton, Georgia. We also offer hybrid positions for those seeking greater flexibility. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, ensuring data is analyzed and programs are updated as needed.
- Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs.
- Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds.
- Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources).
- Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as necessary.
