Requirements:

The Technician person must hold a certification in HVAC repair and have experience in the field. Experience in refrigeration repair, general electrical repair, and general maintenance is preferred. A current drivers license is required and a back ground check is required upon request.

The Certified HVAC and Maintenance Tech responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Repair and upkeep of all cooking equipment

Repair and upkeep of all HVAC equipment

Repair and upkeep of all Refrigeration equipment

General electrical troubleshooting and repairs

General repairs to the building and grounds

Planned and scheduled maintenance of HVAC & Exhaust units

Technician will be provided a service vehicle and the tools needed.
