- As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients' functional status and implement tailored therapeutic services.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to execute individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families.
- Work independently while contributing to a teamwork-driven environment.
- Adapt to dynamic situations and be alert to changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation of all treatment activities.
- Continue to grow your professional skills through required education.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
- Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Evidence of continuing education relevant to your specialty.
- Shift Details:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with a weekend rotation.
