Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a medical OT-8HR setting
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Document patient progress and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with CDCR and CERNER protocols
- Assist with orientation of new staff and peers
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LVN
- Experience with CDCR or CERNER preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
