Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized therapy plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and long-term recovery strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Flexibility to work with a variety of patients across different age groups and conditions
