The incumbent in this position is responsible for a variety of tasks at the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Swamp Water Café to ensure overall guest satisfaction. The incumbent operates the cash register, receives and disburses money. The individual greets the patron and may provides the restaurant menu; informs patron of daily specials; takes and serves food and beverage orders according to specifications courteously and efficiently; and assists patrons throughout their visit. The individual protects company assets by handling cash properly and recognizing loss through fraudulent returns, internal theft, and improper or unauthorized discounting.
