Duties

• Carefully pack products according to specified packaging guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble and prepare items for shipment.
• Use forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility.
• Follow FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections of packaging materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure timely completion of packing tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are highly advantageous.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail with an active approach to quality control.
• Comfortable working with assembly processes and using basic mechanical tools.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
