Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI Developer with 5-8+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience building and deploying AI/Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI orchestration, Python, APIs, and cloud platforms .

The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable AI applications, optimizing prompts and embeddings, working with vector databases, and building agent-based AI workflows .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.

• Develop scalable AI solutions using Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms .

• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks .

• Design and implement AI agents and agent-based workflows .

• Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications and business processes.

• Optimize prompts, model responses, retrieval strategies, and overall AI application performance.

• Collaborate with business, data science, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.

• Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess model accuracy, performance, reliability, and response quality .

• Apply best practices for AI security, data privacy, governance, and Responsible AI .

• Troubleshoot and optimize AI/GenAI applications across development and production environments.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of software development experience with hands-on AI/Generative AI development.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures .

• Strong understanding of:

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Embeddings

  • Vector Databases

  • LLM APIs

  • AI Orchestration

  • AI Agents / Agentic Workflows

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs .

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform:

  • AWS

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience deploying and supporting scalable AI applications.

• Understanding of AI model performance, monitoring, security, governance, and Responsible AI principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with popular LLM/GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools .

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.

• Experience with AI agents and multi-step AI workflows .

• Experience integrating GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud-native AI/ML services.

• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and production monitoring.
