LCSP Client Leader Community & Development, Senior Specialist

The LCSP Community & Development team is part of Client Excellence in the Client and Market Growth (CMG) organization. Client Excellence is focused on enabling our Client Leaders to grow their accounts and be successful in the market. The primary responsibility of the Client Leader Community & Development Program Senior Business Program Specialist is to support role-based programs aimed at Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) and other Green Dot Client Leaders. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence results by enhancing the capabilities of our most senior client leaders. The Senior Business Program Specialist will plan and execute individual programs and manage operations across programs, working directly with team members and leaders, and Client Leaders from across the firm. The role requires the ability to work cross-functionally to support client leadership contributions strategy. The successful candidate will be motivated by supporting growth of portfolio accounts and developing client leaders at the highest level. Responsibilities: The scope and responsibilities of this role may evolve and change over the course of the first year. LCSP Transition Labs Program Manager: Initiate, drive and coordinate key activities and communications for LCSP Transition Labs Oversee extended lab delivery team, staffing, and scheduling Facilitate extended team LCSP Transition Lab Producer & Intuiface Tech Producer training Lab Producer: Partner with Lab Facilitator to deliver the proven lab experience while employing agility to ensure that each lab meets the unique needs of the transitioning LCSP Engage in active listening in all lab-related interactions to draw and capture impactful insights Set up and attend pre-lab interviews; document interview notes and in-lab discussions; synthesize key takeaways to populate pre/post-lab deliverables Develop Lab Advisor prep materials and participate in prep calls to deliver high impact perspectives and insights Serve as the primary point of contact with transitioning LCSP, Lab Advisors and Lab Facilitator Coordinate planning, scheduling and logistics during, pre- and post-lab Facilitate 1-2 segments of the lab, as appropriate (e.g., Business Chemistry, action planning) LCSP Onboarding Develop program materials Manage communications efforts Manage delivery team (facilitator, experienced LCSPs) preparation Support program throughout delivery Measure and evaluate outcomes against goals Client Leader Community Webcasts Oversee planning and preparation for webcasts, including maintaining dynamic catalog of potential topics and engaging guests speakers to ensure relevance of content to the audience, preparing guest speakers' teams, and developing consolidated materials and host speaking points Drive webcast logistics, including scheduling, coordinating day-of logistical details, and managing supporting technology Operations & Program Support Conduct analysis on key programs and make recommendations to drive efficiency and improvement for Client Leader community programming Serve as a liaison to the Global, USI, and internal enabling offerings/ teams Support team operations Drive ad hoc projects and analysis as needed Provide oversight and coaching to USI and rotational fellow teammates Communications & Marketing Oversee all communications distributed to LCSPs, APs, CREs, and CAMs to drive efficient, consistent messaging Drive communications efforts and attendee management for the annual Client Leader Academy (approx. 2,000 invitees); provide additional support for the Academy, as needed Drive the creation of executive-level presentations and updates to key leaders, employing analysis across Client Leader Development program inputs and outcomes Qualifications & Attributes: Bachelor's Degree required Proven project management skills Excellent analytical skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel Strong ability to communicate key ideas and strategies in Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Team player Excellent relationship-building skills Reputation for agility and flexibility in a fast-moving environment Recognized experience working with senior leaders Demonstrable knowledge of the professional services business Self-starter: ability to work independently and proactively Growth-oriented; loves a challenge and takes initiative Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited sponsorship may be available For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,425.00-$131,545.00.
