RN Care Specialist

Role Overview: This position involves accurately assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating individualized care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of nursing interventions such as medication administration and treatments. The role requires close monitoring of residents, effective communication with team members, families, and physicians, and maintaining detailed documentation. It also includes responding to changes in residents' conditions, using critical thinking, and managing crises professionally. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the relevant state Graduate from an accredited nursing program CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Critical thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skills Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with residents and equipment Experience in long-term care preferred Proficiency in electronic and manual documentation Additional Details: The role offers benefits such as competitive pay, career advancement, and health insurance options, with a pay range of $29.39 - $48.20 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Plan A Health
