- Drive additional revenue by identifying opportunities for enhancements and other add-on services beyond the scope of the base contract
- Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operating philosophy and branch performance goals and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer value
- Ensure all assigned vehicles and equipment are consistently maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition

- Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members across multiple levels within a field operations environment
- Ability to diagnose common insect and plant disease issues and coordinate appropriate treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with service-oriented clients
- Solid working knowledge of the vehicles, tools, and equipment commonly used in landscape maintenance and snow removal operations
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications
- Hands-on learning from day one with ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career
- Paid time off and holidays to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, plus flexible spending accounts (FSAs) to help cover healthcare and dependent care expenses
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match
