We are seeking to hire an Escrow Support role to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the title industry is not required but it is a plus.

Responsibilities: Generally, this position includes those duties required to process real estate title transactions, including:

• Assist Escrow Officers with the preparation and processing of real estate transactions.
• Gather and review necessary documentation, such as purchase agreements, loan documents, and title reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the escrow process.
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns related to escrow transactions.
• Prepare and distribute escrow instructions, closing statements, and other relevant paperwork to parties involved in the transaction.
• Manage and maintain escrow files, ensuring all required documents and information are properly organized and secured.
• Handle funds and disbursements in accordance with escrow instructions and company policies.
• Coordinate with title officers and underwriters to resolve any title-related issues that may arise during the escrow process.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements, ensuring all conditions are met for a successful closing.
