Registered Nurse Float Pool

Please include both med surg and critical care/ICU checklists on applications. Desired start 12/29 or 01/12. Must be comfortable with both MS and ICU ratios, please confirm candidate is aware of ratios below:

Patient Ratios:

• MS: 4-6:1
• ICU: 2-3:1

This is a float position. MS floats will float to AU, OSU, GSU, NVU, CAR, GMU, AMU, and EMCU. CC floats will float to TCU, CSU, MICU, and NCCU. They will also float to the med-surg units as needed to cover staffing needs. Must be available first 2 weeks of assignment for orientation requirements. 36 hours guaranteed per week, option to pick up shifts if desired. Every other weekend required. CANNOT guarantee block schedule, if block is a deal breaker please redirect.

HOLIDAY RTO: Only one holiday request allowed and only one day OR one eve/day after not both (For example, only Thanksgiving Day not Thanksgiving Day and Eve or Day after, and only Christmas Eve OR Christmas Day allowed)

Minimum 1 year required. Willing to accept 1st year travelers.
