Performance Strategy Analyst: Change Agent & Insights

Business Analyst role This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focusing on human performance, working alongside client partners to make change happen. As a Business Analyst, you will be the frontline change agent for our clients. You are the primary source of reliable data and rock‑solid analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time. Responsibilities Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem‑solving. Working closely with other team members and client team members to collect and analyze data and provide insights. Possibly taking on front‑line coaching roles with client analysts to broaden management experience. Traveling 80% of the time on site, including in the United States, Canada, and internationally. You should care about people and developing them, as coaching is a big part of our success. Basic Qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate degree. At least one year of work experience. Preferred Qualifications Graduation from a top‑tier university with distinction average. Experience in the natural resources industry. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (about 80% onsite). Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites. Excellent problem‑solving skills, including analytics. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients. Demonstrated passion for results. Strong communication skills, ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure, and to use visual tools when communicating insights. Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous). Compensation Salary ranges vary by location and experience. For example, hourly rates range from $24.42 to $77.88 depending on specific location.
