Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Wellington, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, located in an unspecified location, is responsible for providing specialized patient care in a Level 1 trauma cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role involves performing emergency and elective angioplasty, administering therapies such as drug-eluting stents, and supporting electrophysiology procedures and pacemaker implantations, ensuring comprehensive care for patients and their families. Job Details Must live at least 100 miles away from the facility; Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities, including two weekends and 15 shifts. Certification and Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale). Experience requirements: Two or more years of recent acute care experience in a Cath Lab setting, with proficiency in emergency and elective angioplasty, drug-eluting stents, electrophysiology, and pacemaker procedures. Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week. The candidate should be prepared to fulfill duties in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements; additional operational details are to be discussed during the interview process.
