As a Security Guard Full Time Package Screening in Mooresville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and materials; monitoring access points; and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting efficient operations. Pay Rate: $18.78 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen visitors, contractors, drivers, vehicles, and authorized materials entering and leaving the distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify credentials, access permissions, shipping documentation, and appointment information; report discrepancies to site leadership or the appropriate contact.
• Monitor entry points, loading areas, and other assigned locations for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
