Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the maintenance department to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, planning preventive and corrective maintenance, evaluating equipment failures, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, maintain training to stay in compliance with P&G, and manage contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide documentation for breakdowns and root cause analysis.
• Monitor maintenance work orders in SAP and ensure timely completion
• Help maintain inventory of spare parts for PM’s and tools
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and job hazard assessments to help the team achieve evaluation goals
• Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation, inspections, and reports are accurate and complete.
• Complete Monthly reviews to keep staff on track with achieve goals
• Promote and support A3 efforts to include all techs and engineers.
• Timecard management on ADP
• Corrective actions to help improve overall performance of techs
• Work a modified shift once a week to have continuous communication with all team members
