Branch Operations ManagerHillsboro Main Branch - Hillsboro, IL 62049Salary Range $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary Job Shift DayOverviewConstitution Bank is coming to Bethalto, IL, and we're anxious to hire a motivated individual to oversee the deposit operations as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with the community we serve. Constitution Bank is a community bank and needs a Branch Manager who seeks to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.Training for this position will be held at our neighboring locations, Hillsboro Main Branch, Edwardsville, Staunton or Highland. Our projected opening of our new Bethalto branch is Fall 2026.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Comply with all banking laws and regulationsMaintain customer confidentialityStaff schedulingCoach, lead and motivate employeesExpand the branches customer base and branch profitabilityPrevious Banking or financial services experience, requiredPrevious management experience, preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficesStrong oral and written communication skillsMust be accurate and detail-orientedAbility to work varied hours/days as neededCalling on community and business leaders to drive branch business
