Job Description

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Night and weekend call required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Proven experience with transplant procedures is essential
• Minimum of 3 years operating room experience strongly preferred
• Certification in perioperative nursing is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus

Unit Overview:

• 16 operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art surgical technology
• High volume of procedures: total joints, spines, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
• Supportive leadership with experienced, collaborative staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of complex procedures in collaboration with a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Monitor patient safety, well-being, and comfort throughout perioperative stages
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and adapt to fast-paced surgical changes
• Strictly adhere to unit policies and national patient safety guidelines
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation using Meditech EMR

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
