Ultimately, we pride ourselves in being an approachable and affordable brand where employee empowerment and patient satisfaction are always the focal point.This position is responsible for providing patients with thorough consultations while offering the utmost care and incredible patient experience. Treatments offered consist of; Laser Hair Removal, BBL, Clear+Brilliant, Moxi, Halo, Laser Genesis, Vivace RF, Microneedling, PRP, Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Chemical Peels, DiamondGlow and more. Advanced training is provided by device and product national educators as well as SpaDerma's clinical trainers. Training is ongoing as SpaDerma places a high value and priority on maintaining the most elite, experienced and professional team of Aestheticians.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide safe and effective treatmentsMedical charting on procedures dailyAdhere to strict state procedural regulationsAbility to meet sales goalsProvide proper follow up with patientsManage Instagram social media account (SpaDerma handle required)Attend monthly team meetings and trainingsFollow all company policies and protocolsMaintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipmentAttend events and seminars to assist in brand awarenessRequired Skills/Abilities:Proven sales abilitiesExcellent communication skillsWell organized with attention to detailAbility to collaborate with a teamEmpathetic with patient needs and concernsPossesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatmentsProfessional and positive demeanorEducation and Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience with laser/light modalitiesMinimum of 3 years experience with skincare treatmentsValid Illinois State issued Esthetic LicenseLaser certifications preferred but not requiredBenefits:50% contribution to health, dental and vision insurancePaid parental leave401K matchFree ClassPass membershipPaid time off and paid holidaysFree quarterly BotoxFree treatments and discounted productsFriend and family discount programCompensation: Up to $75k - $125k your first year, with our top performers making $150k+ annually Hourly with commissions on services and products Gratuity accepted Please include a listing of device experience.
