Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and special education processes
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience conducting counseling, crisis intervention, or behavioral support within a school setting is a plus
• Keen organizational skills and professional integrity

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological tests and assessments to evaluate students’ needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to design effective interventions
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support social-emotional growth
• Assist in developing behavioral management strategies and support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, providing guidance and strategies to optimize student success
