Sales Support Administrator

Power-Flo Technologies New England is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our CT team. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of automation, sensing, and electric heating products.

Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Generating proposals
• Entering and processing sales orders
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Answering customer questions regarding order status
• Processing returns
• Assisting with pricing administration

Qualifications:

• Inside sales/Customer service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
• Epicor Solar Eclipse knowledge a plus
• Valid and clean NYS driver's license

Physical Ability Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations)

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time
