Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters? Teriyaki Madness is looking for dependable, hardworking Back of House Team Members who take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Whether you have restaurant experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Teriyaki Madness recipes and standards
- Prep ingredients including vegetables, proteins, rice, and sauces
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
- Receive and properly store deliveries
- Work efficiently with teammates to keep orders moving quickly
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
