Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters? Teriyaki Madness is looking for dependable, hardworking Back of House Team Members who take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Whether you have restaurant experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to Teriyaki Madness recipes and standards
Prep ingredients including vegetables, proteins, rice, and sauces
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
Receive and properly store deliveries
Work efficiently with teammates to keep orders moving quickly
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable with excellent attendance
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take direction
Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
