Job Opportunity

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for working collaboratively with other healthcare team members, planning and implementing patient and family education, and assessing patient needs to initiate appropriate interventions.

Schedule

This position is a .9 FTE role, requiring four (4) 9-hour shifts per week with one weekday off. The schedule will rotate based on clinic demands.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, AAN)
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Montana
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BAN)
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) operating systems

Schedule Requirements

Regular and sustained attendance is required in this role. The position may require working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts. On-call work may also be necessary to promptly respond to organizational and patient needs.

Exposure

This role involves exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, and various chemicals used in healthcare settings. Additionally, it may involve contact with patients who have contagious illnesses and dealing with emotionally challenging situations.
