Automotive Technician

Blue Ridge Truck and Auto

Job Description

Blue Ridge Truck and Auto is currently looking for a high quality, experienced, Automotive Technician. Tired of flat rate?

We DO NOT pay based on flat rate! We find that it hurts team morale, promotes unethical behavior, and hurts the quality of repairs.

We offer full benefits, excellent compensation, paid life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401K with up to 4% match, paid uniforms, a team environment, and a family business atmosphere.

Here you are not a number! We appreciate and truly care about every person on our team.

Job Details:

Five work week.
Come see how it feels to be appreciated and treated with respect.
Experience, quality work, positive attitude, integrity, and pride in what you do are required.
We are truly committed to customer service as well. Our customers are the best!
There will also be opportunities for upward mobility if that is desired.
Must have experience, own tools, diagnostic ability, and a state inspection license (or willingness to attain).
ASE certifications are a plus.

Thank you very much for your interest!
