Description: This position covers 4 ten-hour shifts from Friday to Monday. The shift includes call coverage from 5:30 PM to 9 PM or from 7:30 PM to 9 PM, depending on the day shift scheduling. The night shift will work from 9 PM to 7 AM. Every other weekend will include call coverage from 7 AM to 8 AM at the end of the shift. The care team consists of a mixed caseload averaging 28 patients per day. The technologist is expected to manage various CT and X-ray procedures including biopsies, fluoroscopy, and CT angiograms. Experience in handling emergency department cases and working in trauma settings is advantageous. Candidates must have strong skills in multiplanar reconstruction and 3D rendering techniques. Candidates may need to float within the department as needed. Weekend shifts may require additional call coverage based on staffing needs. Local candidates are welcome to apply. The role entails strict adherence to safety protocols and patient care standards. Flexibility with scheduling requests is possible but not guaranteed. This position may involve working with specialized imaging equipment. Candidates must maintain thorough documentation using the facility's charting systems. Applicants should have the ability to prepare and administer contrast media as required for procedures.
