Inventory Associate

As an Inventory Associate, you will support the Budtenders by executing back of house operational functions. Efficiency, accuracy, and thoroughness are critical to your success in the inventory department. Your goal is to optimize back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless flow of product to the sales floor while bringing our brand and vision to life for our customers. Main Duties/Responsibilities Support sales associates in maximizing the shopping experience for customers Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements Maintain appropriate stock levels for all retail products Count all inventory at the end of each shift and assist in reconciling discrepancies Ensure all pick tickets are placed in bags with product prior to being presented to the Budtenders Refill inventory as needed into appropriate stock areas Assist in pulling customer orders placed by sales associate Work with manager and supervisors to address any inventory needs Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned THIS IS A FAST PACE, HIGH ENERGY POSITION. Must be able to lift 20-50lbs. About You Minimum 21+ years of age Legally authorized to work in cannabis in New York Passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis Proficient with computers and inventory management software is a plus Prior inventory, operations, and logistics experience is an asset This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15 - 30 hours per week.
